Returns
You have a right to return your order under the distance selling regulations for any item purchased on a fixed priced sale for a full refund within seven days after receipt. However, you must take reasonable care of the item/s. You will be responsible for the shipping costs both to and from your address.
To cancel your order you must advise us by email.
All parcels are sent back at your own risk.
We would advise using recorded delivery as the parcel is not our responsibility until we sign for it.
Also the right to cancel and return for a refund does not apply to the following-:
"personalised goods or goods made to a consumer's specification" this includes all bespoke custom orders either placed on the website or over the phone.
PLEASE NOTE: We will only accept the return of item/s if sent back in original unused condition.This includes any items that are returned in unsuitable packaging.
Pricing & Payment
All prices exclude delivery charges. No item will be despatched until full payment has been received and cleared by the bank. For this reason credit card or paypal payment is preferred.
Miscellaneous
Photographs are taken as accurately as possible however colours in the photos may slightly differ to the finished product.

All goods are packed carefully and sent First Class by Royal Mail.
Our Postage & Packing charges are:
Minimum postage & packaging = £3.50
Up to 750gms = £3.50
751 - 1000 gms = £4.50
1001 - 1500 gms = £6.20
1501 - 2000 gms = £7.50
Above 2001 gms = Free
Ok, so what does that mean?
Well, our minimum postage charge is £3.50, which covers pretty much one of anything in the shop.
A couple of mugs will still come in under £3.50
If you buy more than one print, they will still likely come in under £3.50
Our tea pot just tips over into the £4.50 price band
Limited Edition prints are sent in rigid packaging by the 'signed for' Royal Mail service.
It is important that we have your correct delivery address (in the Paypal payment window - we only know your delivery address from the details Paypal send us) to ensure swift delivery of your goods.
Occasionally, for some products there may be a delay if we have to re-stock. In this case we will inform you by email. Please ensure we have your current contact details.
If you want to reserve or express interest in a presently unavailable product, please contact us - we'll do our best.
